While completing your order we have several independent procedures that can influence the type of refund you can get. Due to this process the Money back policy is divided into two sections: before and after you approve the Preview PDF Version of your paper.

1) Moneyback before you approve THE PREVIEW PDF VERSION of the completed draft

• You accidentally made double payment while placing the order. If you noticed that your credit card is charged twice or you have received two receipts from the payment processing system (e.g. PayPal.com or Moneybookers.com), do not hesitate to contact us. Forward the receipts to our email and the second payment will be refunded to you in the nearest possible time.
• We didn’t manage to assign the writer. If due to some conditions the company failed to find a suitable writer, the money paid for the order will be refunded in full amount.
• We sent you a Confirmation email that a writer had been assigned. When we send this confirmation to provided email address, not more that 70% refund can be issued if you wish to cancel your order at this point. If you noticed that for the last 1-2 days you haven’t received any emails from us, please contact us immediately via live-chat or by phone. Please check your Bulk folder as well. You had to receive email from us right after the order was placed. It is your responsibility to provide us with valid email address and include email in your contact list.
• Late delivery. If due to some conditions the first version of the paper was delivered to you later than was stated in the original deadline when you placed the order, the total price will be recalculated according to the new deadline. Recalculation does not apply for revisions; the deadline for revision is set separately. If the first version of the order wasn’t delivered by the deadline you paid for and you don’t need the paper anymore, we will issue you a full refund, and we will give a special discount for your next order if you have requested to cancel this order in a written form within your personal order page. Important: In order to avoid misunderstandings with the deadline, make sure that you choose the right one when placing the order. If you chose '4-6', '7-10', '11-14' days service the final deadline will be the 6th, 10th and 14th day accordingly. If you need the paper earlier, but within the selected time frame - specify this day in the instructions or place special note for the support team on your order page, right after you have placed the order. The link to your order page will be send to you via email.
• Not satisfied with the quality. If you are not satisfied with the paper. which was completed for you, you have to provide strong reasons, examples and proves to claim for the refund. Each case is reviewed separately; the decision concerning compensation is taken after careful consideration of each point of the problem.

Sometimes it may happen that the quality of the paper doesn’t meet your expectations. The reason might be caused by ordering lower academic level than was actually required. In any case, you can request a FREE revision if you are not satisfied.

If you are sure that you provided clear instructions, all necessary materials, timely assistance for your writer, and chose the proper academic level, but you have specific complaints against writer’s work even after several revisions, you can claim for refund.

You should give very strong reasons why the paper is not appropriate. We take at least 3 days to evaluate your refund issue. It will take some time to communicate with your writer, send the paper to our special editor for review and receive his/hers feedback. In some cases we can ask for additional materials or evidences from you. The amount of the refund is decided in each case independently.

Before you accept an order, you should make sure that the paper follows your instructions, including the content and spelling. If you neglect noticing that a paper somehow turned out to be weak or inappropriate, you will be expected to share responsibilities, and therefore, you won’t be eligible for a full refund.

2) Moneyback after you’ve accepted the PREVIEW PDF version AND RECEIVED THE FINAL VERSION IN MS WORD FORMAT

After you’ve accepted the protected PDF preview, your order cannot be refunded as you take part of the responsibility upon yourself by confirming that you have approved the paper. We do not accept any excuses for approving the paper by mistake or for some other reasons. You will be approving your paper in two steps and will have time to think over your decision. After the order was approved, we will not accept any complains about low quality or any other issues. Please, be attentive while checking the paper. This is your responsibility to inform us if you are not satisfied with the work before you have approved the order and received the printable MS Word version.

If you have submitted the grade for your paper using the “submit my grade” form, this order is no longer a subject for revision or any other changes.

3) Other essay money back condition

If you made an order, you need to constantly communicate with the writer and the support team. It may happen that writer will have very important questions for you and will not be able to complete a good paper without your assistance.

So please get in touch with your writer and visit your personal order page from time to time to check the progress and answer questions from the writer or the operator, if any.

Make sure that you have provided all necessary materials in time and in readable quality. The company must have all the necessary information in order to find the most suitable writer. It is your responsibility to check that all needed materials appear on your order page (not only sent to our email), and that they are complete. Failing to provide materials in time may cause lateness of the order and poor quality of the paper, and your refund request will be rejected.

Notice: The order must be approved in no longer than 14 days after it was delivered to you. Please note that it will be approved automatically after 2 weeks have past.
