Our Writers

At GPALabs, we know that writers are an essential part of our service. We do everything possible to cooperate with experts from various fields of study to create unique, high-quality works for you. Here are some details about the hiring process and our writers which you may find interesting.

Who are your writers?

The GPALabs writers are expert academics who possess a strong command of English. Our team consists of native English writers (ENL) and writers who know English as a second language (ESL). Also, every writer has a degree in a particular field of science, which allows them to produce quality academic works in one or two disciplines.

How do you hire writers?

Each writer who strives to work for GPALabs should pass several tests to become a part of our team. Typically, the process involves a test for English proficiency, a demonstration of knowledge of the discipline, and a sample paper to test writing skills. Also, the writer should confirm the degree and provide appropriate documentary evidence. The results are carefully assessed by our Writers Evaluation Department.

How do you evaluate a writer’s test sample?

To make sure that the candidate can produce a quality paper, our experts evaluate the following points in the writer’s sample paper:

  • English proficiency: the writing is absent of mistakes in grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Style: the paper should be written in an academic writing style.
  • Format: the writer should know how to apply the required format (APA, MLA, Chicago, etc.).
  • Instructions: the writer should consider each point of the requirements.
  • Punctuality: the paper should be submitted within the specific deadline.

How do you evaluate the writer’s performance?

Firstly, every time you order a paper from a GPALabs writer, we ask you to rate the quality of his or her work. Secondly, we have a system for evaluation which includes the following points:

  • Punctuality of the writer and the number of opened disputes.
  • The number of returning customers.
  • The average satisfaction rate from all customers who have worked with the author.
  • The number of canceled and completed orders.

The writer’s rating is flexible and changes after completing every order. Our assessment helps us stay up to date with the writer’s performance and motivates our writers to become better. In accordance with the overall performance of the writer, the classification may increase or decrease.

Where are your writers from?

We hire professional writers from all over the world: USA, Canada, Australia, the UK, Kenya, and other countries. If the writer matches the required characteristics, shows excellent command of English, and demonstrates the ability to create academic papers at a high level, we are confident that our clients will receive quality service.

If you wish to collaborate with native speaking writers only, you can use the corresponding option in the order form.

How do you find the writer for my order?

We have developed a system that analyzes the parameters of your order and automatically matches the best writer within the required specifications. The system detects the required category, discipline, academic level, and rating, and finds the most suitable writer available at the time.

Can I test the writing skills of the assigned writer before the writing process starts?

Yes! We offer an additional paid option that allows you to see three random works previously completed by your chosen writer. You can check the writer’s skills and language proficiency, and make sure that his or her style matches your expectations.
